Valve is supposed to be releasing an update that fixes this bug sometime next week.

Mine is crashing during a mix of in game playing and map changes. Seems to be random on both campain and versus(running l4d). I have MetaMod:Source v1.7.0, SourceMod v1.2.0-dev and for plug in's i'm running : Advertisments, and HLStatsX pop up plug ins.

First off you need to make sure your servers aren't crashing for a different reason.

Here are the symptoms of the bug that valve is fixing with the next update:
- Server does not actually crash, but hangs when the map changes.
- If you watch the actual server console, it will lock up on a random item while loading and sit there for 20-120 seconds before simply moving on.
- If your server "crashes" and still goes to the map it was changing to, then this is the bug you have.
- If your server "crashes" during gameplay and not on a map change or crashes and comes back up on the default map specified in your autoexec or command line, then you may have a different problem crashing your server (plugins, etc.)

Well... I get all of those. It hangs on map change sometimes.
And yes it crashes during game play
And crashes on map change and goes back to start map.

But the thing is there is no error logs. Nothing in server logs nor in sourcemod logs.

NOt sure about metamod plugins.

Listing 7 plugins:
[01] Grabber Plugin (1.2.2) by Friendswood Dev
[02] Last Connected (0.1 by devicenull
[03] Statsmeminimum Plugin (1.3.0.10) by Roger Devil
[04] SourceMod (1.1.0) by AlliedModders LLC
[05] Spectator ESP (Source) (1.01) by Knagg0
[06] CS:S Tools (1.1.0) by AlliedModders LLC

Thats what I have. Could it be any of those? Cos I dont think metamod logs any errors no?

Not sure if i was supposed to but on the metamod source site there was a snapshot for MetaMod:Source v1.7.1-dev and i get few crashes than i did before. Still timing out randomly and during some map changes but instead of every single time it may be a few games inbetween which is somewhat of an improvement. And this is my plug inlist.(and i'm using sourcemod-1.2.0-hg2535)

Still have alot of crashed unfortunatly, and they are exactly what racer explained:

Quote:

- If your server "crashes" and still goes to the map it was changing to, then this is the bug you have.
