We really need a good team balancer, so please consider fixing this soon And no DontWannaName, we're not going to make 10 seperate plugins if it can just as easily go into one.

Which is the correct download, the one in the original post or the one in post #51?

Also, would it be possible to make a cfg file or a bunch of cvars to make customizing the plugin easier?

I was goofing with this last night and the team switch code works fine, the check for the threshold was never being met on my server though (at least during a natural game). I commented out the threshold check and it seemed to work ok, but that sort of defeats the "fair" portion of the "on death" swap. I didn't change the force team balance command though.

For me personally I am happy being able to exclude people with the admin flag and have a configurable minimum time between swaps of the same person. My biggest complaint (from users) about the stock balancer in TF2 was the newest joiners would end up getting passed back and forth.

The only other thing I hear people complain about is getting team swapped after capping the flag, so if this is being maintained or gets forked to be more TF2 specific having a second minimum time after players last flag cap would be excellent

so does it work?

I just want it to do exactly the same thing as mp_autoteambalance does except doesn't switch people with immunity

Long Answer: Yes

The checking stuff isnt done properly so it never does its job.

i would end up with all of one class being switched from one team to the other. so all of a sudden you would have 6 of one class on one team and the others would have 0 of that class.
