Seems to work as before the CSS update, pickup works, awarding health works, dissolve effect works!

Is it possible to make a configurable random amount of healing?
for example hod_min_heal 10; hod_max_heal 40, so player is treated for random amount from these intervals.

Yes, add a randomiser at line 107.

To be somewhat more precise:
Change line 107 into
iClientHealth += GetRandomInt(GetConVarInt(hod_min_heal),GetCo nVarInt(hod_max_heal));

You'll have to create the convars of course, or instead of the convars just use regular numbers, like this:
iClientHealth += GetRandomInt(10,40);
