I am installing this on a server with ES, and Sourcemod.

Am I under the mistaken impression that this works with CS:S servers?

Looks like you are trying to load this as a MetaMod:Source plugin. It's a Valve Server Plugin (VSP).

. Could you please explain how this plugin is important for server security? What exactly does it protect from and what performance impact it creates? I will really appreciate if you could explain all of this, because I'm thinking about using your plugin. Thank you in advance.

How would I install this correctly I can't get the plugin to load.

Put both the .dll and the .vdf file in your /orangebox/addons folder and restart your server.

When i load the plugin it makes the server 100% responsive to rcon requests but clients are unable to connect and hlsw does not see the server -- keeps timing out.

This is on a windows server. Is that suspose to happen?

The plugin works fine in Garry's Mod, but the clients don't seem to be able to download some files. The problem is specifically with VTF-files. I don't know if it affects any other filetypes. I'm on a Windows server.

As soon as I unload the plugin, the downloads work fine. Looking at the feature list, it seems to block downloads that aren't on the downloadables table. Do I need to add every download manually somehow, or is there some sort of file-type filter?

Does anyone else have this problem?
