On the downloads page linked on the first post, choose the file that says "CS:S" in the name.

Not sure if anyone has noted this yet, but inflicter is the same as attacker in OnTakeDamage. Is that a bug or a feature? Because it clashes with the second post example. Not to mention that there's no apparent way to check which weapon is used in the attack, other than GetClientWeapon which is unreliable with projectiles.
