Make sure you have set your cs graphics to OpenGL with 32 bit config
If it still deosnt work than try executeing the following command in the console:
gl_fog 1

Regardin fog, i must say it has been buggy in ZP 4.3 as well

If youre problem cant get solved then try using this fog plugin:
Advance Fog Adjustment System

this happens:

That's why I dont really like to do a lot of editing in ZP's code. It can cause problems.

Well, that error is only caused bcoz i forgot to check if the attacker is valid !! HUH ..
BTW this error is not fatal and the plugin is safe to use
