If you got that error you might have all the banned imported.
It just gives an error on the last line in you banned.cfg.
Just check your banlist if you got them imported.

One more thing to clarify
if you use the .sma files I posted here

You don't need to modify admincmd.sma or plmenu.sma. You can use the standard ones

ive got all these on and working now, it bans and kicks the person, writes the entry to the DB etc...BUT...when someone tries to reconnect after a ban it allows them back in It doesn't allow them in all the time, its kind of random.... Is anyone else getting this problem?

Maybe they got STEAMID_PENDING or something. Then they cant be recognized. But I must say I have not noticed such things

ill have a play around with it, it's reall annoying though because it works great other than that Even if it is due to a pending steam id, why is no-one else having the same problem :/

having the proper/improper the sql database structure won't make your server crash. Turn off all other non-standard plugins and then see if you can get amxbans to work.

if it still continues to give you errors, provide us with what your plugins.ini, and your modules.ini look like.
Don't forget you need to also install the language file.

Also a note
I have done some more changes and small fixes to the plugin.
1) Changed the register of commands in amxbans_new.sma
Only admins with r-flag can use console to ban.
Other admins with the default ban flag d can only use the menu.
In the realease version I might give all admins with ban flag console and menu, but now you can atleast change it easy in the code an recompile.

2) Changed the way results from data base are handled to ged rid of memory leaks

3) Started to make a function to be able to unban ingame with amxbans which you can't do right now. Now you can only unban with the webpages.


I will publish this a few days after 1.60 is relased and if the new unban function is done and working.

I use the original web package with IIS from the first post and it works fine.

Just install PHP from here and use version 4.3.11
