how i do that? i typed amx_cvar jp_active 1 and it says unknown cvar

In your AMXModX directory, go to modules.ini, remove the ; in front of one of the Engine modules.

Can you add a "Only admins can use jetpacks" and a "Everyone can use jetpacks" options?

Like CVARS

Example:

jp_admins 1 - Only admins can use jetpacks
jp_admins 0 - Everyone can use jetpacks

You should change the default access level to 0 because it's basically written for all on the server.

In the sma file is on the top a #define called:

#define ACCESS_LEVEL	ADMIN_LEVEL_A

Change this to 0 (For all) or to a access Level which you can find in "amxconst.inc" when you only want it for admins.
