First, message to Bailopan - return the goddamn ESF group in Plugin Mod thingy!
Now, on plugin:
Read the .sma, everything is in.

USAGE:
esf_powerlevel <nickname, SteamID, Team..> <powerlevel to give>
.Version - shows which revision plugin is.
.cvar_powerlevel 0/1 - turns off/on powerlevel changer.
Enjoy, and say " Finally someone has made it ".

There is an ESF thing in the Plugin Mod section. Look near the bottom.

Nope, there isn't ESF icon in Plugin Mod thing - it isn't there...
I'll get rid of that bug pretty soon.
