I know this a dumb question, but i figure'd i would ask it anyhow.

Is Metamod Source compatible with Garry's Mod and if so how do i load it?

Exactly the same way you'd load it in another Source engine based game server - the addons folder with a Garry's Mod compatible vdf (yes, it's inside the list on the Metamod: Source VDF maker page)
While Metamod: Source works as usual in Garry's Mod, SourceMod stuff like slay and timebomb won't work due to outdated/missing offsets, so SourceMod's pretty broken in there. Oh and whatever you do, don't 'sm_slap' anyone - you'll earn an instant server crash (the last time I tried it anyway)

I tried slap (and a lot of the other fun commands) and they don't crash the server (gamemode is Prop Hunt), actually they dont do anything at all aside from show the message on screen that it did it.

Check your error logs, it's probably the missing temp ent (and some others) offsets causing most of the commands to fail. I had to do a fair amount of tweaking to get it working...
