Suggested on the L4D2 forums,
karma system
obviously the list can be changed on some aspects if they ae too difficult to make.

instead of instant-giving the karma, a vote can pop up every X amount of karma points to vote if give bad or good karma.
when a player get's bad karma this can happend:
-the system remembers him and will add a sign/ modifie the colour of his name/ whatever to make noticeable his karma (good or bad)
so everytime he conects to the server players can know with who they are dealing with.
- the director punishes him, and so the bad karma player will need his crew to help him.
- rewards and consecuences: for example give to the good karma player a tier 2 weapons, ammo, molly, pills or medkit or whatever.
give to the bad karma dealer: a mark, so the infecte will attack him only, or health penalties, or take away his second pistol, stuff like that.
