Team Fortress 2 Deathmatch Mod

Hi,
I have TF2 DM MOD, i took it from here http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=101369

but the problem is that i know the sticky should not kill and FAN cannot be use...
how can i do it?

It's not working... somthing is wrong... i can't reload it on my server and nothing happen

You need to use dukehacks. Geeze, sometimes I am honestly annoyed at the stupidity of some people.
