I am running a 16 slot Zombie Plague server, everything is perfect except that I am constantly receiving this error message "sz_getspace overflow on player's name" and then it kicks the player. I am pretty sure Zombie Plague is the source of the problem, because when I disable Zombie Plague, this problem rarely occurs. I hope that someone could offer me a solution instead of telling me to remove Zombie Plague from my server.

Here is my plugins-zplague.ini
; Main plugin
zombie_plague40.amxx

; Zombie classes
zp_zclasses40.amxx
zp_zclass_ghost_zombie_fix.amxx
zp_zclass_leap_zombie.amxx

; Gameplay
zp_sxg_bank.amxx
zp_server_addon_countdown.amxx
nademodes.amxx
autobind.amxx
zp_parachute.amxx
zp_choose_weapons_survivor.amxx
GHW_Blood_Color.amxx
zp_rounddraw_blast.amxx
zp_shootable_objects.amxx
loadingsound.amxx
buyzonerange.amxx

; Extra items
zp_extra_lasermine.amxx
zp_extra_goldenak.amxx
zp_extra_unlimited_clip.amxx
zp_extra_human_armor.amxx
zp_bazooka.amxx
zp_extra_speed_boost.amxx
zp_extra_leap.amxx
zp_extra_knife_blink.amxx
zp_virus.amxx
abd.amxx

Thanks in advance.

It's unavoidable.

Zombie Plague sends a lot of stuff like dynamic lights, model changes and so on. Basically, you can do nothing about it, except buzzing VALVe to improve HL engine at last.

Aha...I also get that error a lot of times.
Sometimes nothing happens for 1 day and the next day the server crashes 2 times...

So, every Zombie Plague Server crashes???
I thought, that my rootserver is maybe not good enough.

BUT pls, some guys who own a Zombie Plague Server, can you confirm that a ZP Server always crashes a few times a week?

Thanks

Mine doesn't crash, it just kicks a random player every few hours.

Same stuff on any ZP server that I have seen.

On ours -- 1-2 overflows (mass kick) approx every 1-2 hours and at least once per week it crashes (mostly when its 16x16 on some small map zm_dattack). Our PC is very powerful and we also have excellent ISP, this is just about weak engine. Each zombie plague server has it, esp if its more then 20 players (never understood servers with max 16 slots).
The only thing we can do -- buzz valve about improving hl engine, but I doubt they give a damn about customers >_>

These kicks are svc_bad errors.

Open your zombieplague.ini, go down to

[SVC_BAD Prevention] (if you experience *many* SVC_BAD kicks, try one of the following)
; A. Increase the delay between model changes here (in 0.1 increments until the kicks are gone)
MODELCHANGE DELAY = 0.1

And change MODELCHANGE DELAY = 0.1

Otherwise reduce your server`s models =)

1.) Not only this is a problem. As far as I understood researching this, CS itself sends some amount of messages to the user when round ends, but ZP also sends a lot of stuff at round end. Afaik, HL engine just cant hold that much and that's why clients overflow. It's not only about models, but also lights, sounds and so on. On our server we have only 1 model for humans and only 1 for zombies (classes are off) and overflows still appear, but mostly when there's 28+ players online.
2.) Afaik, delay should be higher in order to decrease svc bad, not lower (I'd suggest approx 0.8, instead 0.1 (what in nearly instant)). Imo tho >_>.
