never had such problem, can you explain where this happen? is it when you start play or while you in game?

type this on console (~)

amxx plugins

in plugin-zplague.ini add debug to zombie_plague40.amxx, so we can see debug messages

I think that error comes from zombieplague.ini ... Post your zombieplague.ini here...Maybe you get a typo in zombieplague.ini

Absolutely correct...the error comes from zombieplague.ini.
I had the exact same error which made my logs like 40 MB instead of 2 MB.

My mistake was, that I replaced several sounds with custom mp3s, though I did it correct, and everything was working fine...just that disgusting error all the time. I think you dont need to fix that, cause it does not make the server crash. I was just annoyed by the fact, that the log files were so huge. Anyway this should help you
