Date Based Motd 1.0

Description:
This plugin will change your motd depending on date for example if you have a file in cstrike/motds named YearMonthDay.txt will when the server thinks that date is be used as your motd when that date is over will it replace it with either a new date or cstrike/motds/default.txt
Depending on cvar will it check the date On round end or roundstart or both

Cvars:
motd_check 2 //When to check the date 1 = at start 2 = end 3 = end and start

Commands:
/thedate - Tells you what the date is incase you dont know what the servers is.
Credits:
Exolent[jNr] - Replace file function and general fix.
Changelog:
0.1
-Idea -start coding
0.5 -Replace function by Exolent
0.6 -Fix of code
1.0 -Release
How to make a motd appear on a specific date:
First i suggest you use the command /thedate (it will say YYYYMMDD (no 0 is needed if its for example januari)) so you know what date you should go after since it will check the servers date.
Then in cstrike/motds/ create a text file named YYYYMMDD.txt (The date you want it to show up YYYY = year MM = month DD = Day) then you just write in it as any motd.
Example: cstrike/motds/2009717.txt would result in a new motd the 17th july 2009 (tomorrow that is)
Usage:
Idk maybe a contest.
To-do:
Preview command
improve the helper
Note:
If the new motd thats supposed to replace the old one is longer than the character limit (which i think is around 1500) wont the new one appear.

DBMotd helper:
Microsoft visual studio express 2008 c#
.NET Framework 3.5

Added DBMotd helper its a program that lets you preview the motd code you write in the text box and makes it easy to select date and save it as it should be (name) and the code you write in textbox.
Of course is source there to its made in microsoft visual studio c# express and you need the latest .net framework to use this one (3.5)
Maybe ill add something more to this one ;)

Really love it!

Also the program!

Suggestion:
- Make it so that when you save the file, it automatic saves as a motd_*.txt file.
- The pictures aren't loading well in the program, but they do in the server

On the suggestions, if you select a date will it automaticly name it YYYYMMDD.txt (but thats only if 1 date is selected maybe should change that)
Lol yea it takes a little time before its done loading.

To do:
auto date even if not selected.

Make your own default. reads from defaultmotd.txt that has to lie in the same directory.
Add the correct limit of characters now its 1500 but its not the exact limit.

Edit

Updated the attached file with the above.

Hi ive been updating the motd tool together with crazyeffect since he appearently saw more potentional in it.
So he created a website: http://www.crazyeffect.net/dbmotd/
Updates (can have missed something):
- Languages (Now will it read language.txt so it can translate itself)
- Skins (just a little color change big deal )
- Update System (help -> update will check if ive made a new fix update with maybe more languages or bug fix)
- Menu Bar (File, Options, Help) (this was appearently needed)
- Setup.exe (will now be installed as a normal program)
- Settings.txt (Automatic Save)
- A new defaultmotd.txt.

Download: http://www.crazyeffect.net/dbmotd/downloads.html

To do:
More languages
