Red Bull: Improves performance, especially during times of increases stress or strain.

- redbull_enabled - 1 - plugin enabled / 0 - disabled
- redbull_cost - "2000" - price for RedBull
- redbull_time - 20.0 - duration for RedBull effects
- redbull_health - "50" - bonus health when you buy a RedBull
- redbull_armor - "50" - bonus armor when you buy a RedBull
- redbull_speed - 3.9 - speed during the RedBull effects
