why does this interfere with flash bangs with new cs servers, my old runs that have it have no problem with it.

This plugin is especially usefull if you have a weak player on server who is like 1-12 in score. Then you can give him this skill in order to help him.

I request a plugin with variable spread. Something like "Recoil Control" plugin.

I've rewritten this plugin using forwards with each weapon type and playing with accuracy, but was a paid request.
I think something similar could be done for your request (also it fixes any flash related bug).
