Just changed a few includes and recompiled...

As far as I can tell this works except that amx_freeze doesn't work flawlessly WITH freezetag
It needs a little bit of tweaking but here is the beta version:

Commands:

amx_freezetag <On|Off>
unfreeze - Unfreezes a Frozen Person (Bind a key to this, new commands soon to come)

CVARS:

ft_killmoney - Money Recieved when you Freeze Somebody
ft_ufmoney - Money Recieved when you UnFreeze Somebody
ft_distance - Maximum Distance You can be from somebody when unfreezing them (set to 0 to ignore distance)
ft_team - <1|0> - 1 = Unfreeze YOUR Team Only, 0 = Everybody can Unfreeze Everybody..


Gameplay:

The guy who requested this plugin asked that the gameplay progress as follows:

When you recieve 100 damage (bullets, nades, falling, etc)
You become frozen.
Frozen people can't move, have their knives out, and any damage they deal is given back to their victim (armor bug makes it so the victim loses armor =(, if anybody really cares about this plugin, I'll fix it)

A frozen person's teammate can unfreeze them by running up to them, looking at them, and pressing the key bound to "unfreeze"

A cvar lets u set the distance they have to be, etc. Once unfrozen, the frozen person's life is set at 100 again and they can get back into battle.

When everybody on a team is frozen, they are all slayed and the opposing force's team wins that round.

ppl are still able to move after they get frozen if they are frozen while still pressing their walk button. any chance of getting this fixed? its definitely a cool plugin but after the 3rd time playing, its just plain annoying cuz ppl move to their teammates to get unfrozen.
