Hi, i have SourceTV on my sever, there are setings

my problem is, spectators on sourcetv cant use voice com, they cant hear others clients on STV, they can write mesages on chat but not speak to others

anybody knows what is wrong ?

There's totally nothing wrong. As far as I know you can't use voice while connected to SourceTV.
Maybe setup a ventrilo server to compensate ;)

You can do a search on Google "source TV" and you'll find the Valve Developer page for full detail of what to expect.

You don't have to use Vent either.

there is only this what i found

and there is nothing about useing voice communication, what do you mean about Ventrillo ?

Ventrilo is a voicecom like teamspeak. Only it has better sound quality and less lag in the communication.
You should google for a ventrilohoster in you country and try that. Maybe you could setup a hundred slots ventriloserver where people could join if they are spectating on SourceTV.

Just as insanity said, there is nothing wrong. You can't have spectators in STV interact w/ the players. I think that is what you are trying to have done.

From that develop page, which is the one i was hoping you'd find, it says that spectating via STV is on a different port, which i think implies partly the non-interaction for voice. Someone more technical could maybe verify or not.

For Broadcasting Games, note this quote:

Lastly about the whole Vent vs TS....it comes down to personal preference when you make everything equal in terms of running both on Dedicated server w/ proper bandwidth AND concurrent proper Client setup. Here is a useful link that contains a good run down on the battle.

Albeit, there are a couple items that I picked up that are not accurate.

I thought free Vent server is up to 6 not 8. Compared to TS, it's 100 afaik.

For TS, you CAN talk across different channels.

Understand the programs fully to understand what PERFORMS better for you. Lag was most likely due to ill-configuration.
