What? If you have a user with a small HDD (I only have about 8GB free on my current OS partition), then it won't take many maps for the user to lose all of their free space. Also, it was just a question, not a requirement or a suggestion

For this purpose also it is made ard_cvar4 if the player is able to read, and will recollect that at it on HDD not enough place, will press "No"
