Hi all
I want a plugin who force rates like rate 25000 cl_cmdrate 101 cl_updaterate 101 and ex_interp 0.01 and so on
if anyone can do it it will be great

You have no right to dictate what the client should have their rates set to when you don't know what their connection speed and other settings are.

yea i know but in my country ( France ) all ppl have high connection and default setting are laggy

In my country, France, some people still have low connections ( 512down/128up or 1024 / 128 ).
Also, set your ex_interp to 0.01 is just bullshit when you know what this cvar do.
0.01 is a good setting when all players ping is above 10ms.

What you can do is serverside :

sv_minrate 15000
sv_minupdaterate 60

I don't recommand you to set this to a higher value.

yea i looked for this plug-in but it's too large ( 34 kb ), i want a light plugin who force rate =]

just use sv_minrate and sv_minupdaterate and set them to values you want, this will do what you requested

edit : it doesn't work i checked your source and it dont have register_event so the function cant be called ???
