My theory for award_earned, this are things wich are important for serval archievments.
15 -- Explosive or Fire Kill, IE gas tanks or propane tanks = 101 CREMATIONS
18 -- Something to do with Witch (couldn't ever to get it fire consistently, but it always dealt with her)
19 -- Cr0wned Achievement, kill Witch In one headshot
21 -- Hunter Punter Achievement, melee a Hunter mid-jump
22 -- Melee Kill
27 -- Tounge Twister Achievement, kill a Smoker while he is dragging you
66 -- Revive Player = HELPING HAND
67 -- Protect Player
68 -- Give Pills = PHARM-ASSIST
69 -- Heal Player = FIELD MEDIC
74 -- Pull Friendly from a ledge
75 -- Save friendly from a Hunter's pounce or Smoker's choke = HUNTER PUNTER / NO SMOKING SECTION / DRAG AND DROP
79 -- Player is saved from a Hero Closet = HERO CLOSET
80 -- Tank is killed with no Survivors incaping (or dying) = TANKBUSTERS
83 -- Team kill
84 -- Friendly incap
85 -- "Let Friendly die on sight", seems to be based on a distance from the person who died, IE not actively running to try and save them
86 -- Friendly Fire = SAFETY FIRST
89 -- Incapacitate Friendly with Explosive (Pipebomb, Molotov, gas or propane tank)
90 -- Incapacitated by Boomer Mob
94 -- Let zombies in Safe Room (fired for Special infected also, and fired for each individual zombie, and fired for the player to last open the door OR last enter)
93 -- Startle Witch = DO NOT DISTURB
97 -- Let Friendly die in Safe Room
98 -- All Players Died
99 -- Let Friendly Die, Last Life (same nuances as 85)
