[Subplugin Submission] [Zombie Plague] Leap

What is this plugin?
This is plugin that allows Zombie's to GET LEAP after 15 SEC!

Required mod "Zombie Plague 4.2"

Cvar's:
zp_longjump_force "xxx" - Leap power | Default: 550
zp_longjump_heigh "xxx" - Leap height | Default: 255
zp_longjump_cooldown "xx" - Leap Cooldown (waiting until the next use) | Default: 5.0
zp_leap "x" - enable\disable(1/0) plugin | Default: 1
zp_leap_time "xx" - Wait time until receive LEAP | Default: "15.0"

ChangeLog:
v1.0 - Released plugin
v1.1 - Added Control of Leap Force,Height and Cooldown
v1.2 - Added CountDown till Leap is given! Controlled by CVAR = zp_leap_time

This is a sub-plugin from Zombie Plague. Post it in that section..
Also, the idea was already made Half-Life Leap and [ZP] Extra Item: Leap
Anyway, I know, it isn't the same thing..
