Well.. This is basicly an afk mover\kicker.
Default configuration is:
When someone is afk for a minute the player will be moved to the spectator team.
After 3+ rounds the player will be kicked if he does not have a reserved slot, and there are more than 7 players on server.
Can be used with nIRC

This is redundant and cannot be approved. There are other plugins which do the job equally or better.
