Anyways, I want to say that this is a very intriguing concept and it definitely caught my eye.
However. I ran into some problems.
The installation was successful and it went smoothly, however I had a friend come in to test it with me. When I suspected him and he killed me the next round he was put in spec, he uploaded the screen shot and it gave him confirmation that the file was received.
However when I tried to look at the Received Files through the menu, it returned with an error.
Fatal Error: Call to undefined function: scandir() in /homepages/46/d254756214/cheaterSuspect/files.php on line 21
I was not sure if this was a problem with my web hosting or not. So I thought I would try to do my part and submit it.
Also, when I tried to clear my friend through the menu, it said there were no suspected cheaters, which there obviously was.
Thanks for all your help in advance.

The two events are unrelated.
The problem with the function "scandir" is that it only exists in php 5. You are using an older version. Since it is not really needed we will avoid it in the next update of the code.
(Still, the file is there on your webhost. If you acess it via ftp, you will see it)
The other problem should be a database permissions related one. Check if the user that owns the game process has write permissions on the database.
