May be you could explain why you want to block this menu, may have some other options.

ok, i'm using Potti - a controllable fakeplayer plugin (http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=255078), it has feature, when you are dead, you can play with potti, but when pressing duck, potti is not ducking, but i got an spec menu, thats why.

Try to edit potti plugin, line 480 :

if(!alive) set_uc(uc_handle,UC_Buttons, button & ~IN_JUMP & ~IN_ATTACK & ~IN_ATTACK2 & ~IN_FORWARD & ~IN_BACK & ~IN_MOVELEFT & ~IN_MOVERIGHT)

add & ~IN_DUCK
