There's no official API to add new gameplay modes as of now.

You might be able to get something done by editing the plugin IF you know what you're doing, but I can't guarantee it will work.

also it would be useless, because if you knew how to add a mode via natives and all that stuff, it would be as hard as changing the main sma (it isnt hard at all when you do it by the second time)
and also its impossible to be able to change everything from natives, and if it was possible, its easier to do from the main plugin

easier way
use amx studio
go options and configure as it should be the part of compilation
then press F8
