weather_currhour <0-23> Manually sets hour of day (0 = Off) <default: 0>
Set your region
weather_minlight <regioncode> For example: Berlin 0050 is <must be 4 digits>
how would you explain me how I use them correctly to the server at night is the night and day in the part of the day?
The server is random days night at any time;)

"weather_minlight" meens that when is absolute dark like 1~2 AM it's suppose to be zero light. That meens you see nothing (just black) so this sets the minimum light level obtained in "zero light" conditions.
0 = superbright
11 = normal daylight
25 = total dark
Same goes for "weather_maxlight" Arround noon it's supposed to be sunny, so you can set the maximum ilumination to a lower value if you want (if you think it's too much light)
0 = superbright
11 = normal daylight
25 = total dark
Now:
If you will set up "weather_minlight" to 25 and "weather_maxlight" to 0 (zero) you will obtain the maximum difference between day and night light conditions (night will be pitch black and day will be verry bright "sunny")
If you set "weather_minlight" to 12 and "weather_maxlight" to 0 you will have perfect daylight but brighter midnight (not too dark)
If you set "weather_minlight" to 25 and "weather_maxlight" to 12 you will have perfect dark at midnight but on daylight you won't have so much light.
So: Play arround a little with this values to obtain the desired ammount of light for daylight and the ammount of darkness at night.
"weather_currhour" means you can mannualy set the TIME (disable the realtime clock of the plugin) You can set "weather_currhour" 12 and it will allways be 12 o'clock, no day/night changes.
"weather_region" (NOT "weather_minlight <regioncode>" as you wrote above) it tells the plugin where are you from and change the weather conditions on your server accordingly to your actual location (in your case Brazil) You can specify your city aswell to be more precise.
Following this link http://www.bbc.co.uk/cgi-perl/weathe...h_query=brazil as I wrote in my previous post, will take you on the website that monnitors the weather in Brazil. What you need to do is choose your city, or in case it isn't in the list (meens the city is not monitored) choose some other city closed to yours (or the most symilar to your climat) and COPY the LAST FOUR DIGITS in the browser's ADRESS BAR, then PASTE it in your amxx.cfg
Like this:
weather_region 7029
or modify your "weather.sma" changing whatever it's there with your region code.
Let's take for example, again.... Brazil/Brasilia
In your web browser ADRESS BAR you will have this ADRESS:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/5day.shtml?world=7029
Now take the LAST FOUR DIGITS 7029 and USE them
If you want to modify your "weather.sma" with your code, open it and find this line:
g_cvar_region = register_cvar("weather_region","0062");
replace "0062" with your code, for example "7029"
Now compile the "weather.sma", overwrite the old "weather.amxx" plugin with your new compiled one, and you're done.
Hope you understand what I tried to explain
