ban site issue

my clans ban site want load all it says is "Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server; consider upgrading MySQL client" now if you google it there is something about changing the password and we tryed that and we still get this message how do you go about fixing it?

yes amx bans

it sill hold the bans from the servers just when our admins go to log onto the bansite to edit a ban it says that. and we tryed the password thing and it didnt work
