Is it possible to to save a .cfg file to a client's mod directory? I'm not looking to modify anything in the player's .cfg, but I wanted to give players the option to download a file from a server that is running a plugin I have, so that they can use the settings on their own server if they liked what they were playing with.

So, is it possible to make something like "randomconfig.cfg", or is that no longer possible?

I had heard that it isn't possible anymore?

And how would I put in plugin specific cvars only?

Even if it was it would not do what you want, it would only write the client's current config to that file, and you can't do anything with it afterwards.

Ah, okay. I guess they'll have to request that the server moderators give them the .cfg then.

Thanks.
