Tested now , still doesn't workas it should.
Now the USP acts like M4a1 too (you can remove silencer by fast-switching, or drop/pickup wpn) .

Downloaded twice....
Tryed to compile it twice.....
Removed all other plugins..... (3'rd party ones only)

Still the same.
