Hello All
I have a lil problem with running dedicated server on hamachi...
Hamachi is a virtual lan over internet to help you run your server with your friends.. almost lag-free..
Now the problem : Each time I run my server with hamachi... it says the crappy thing "Error Verifying SteamID bla bla bla...." It does over and over.. Im sick of it ,and so are my friends...
I already tried deleting the .dll/.blop files ... and I have waited like over 1 week to see if steam is not busy anymore... still same =[ ... any help ?
I googled but hopefully crappy results which have nothing to do with my issue... =[ Helpy help pliiiz

Valve can't reach the server and clients because Valve isn't inside Hamachi's virtual LAN.

I dont think Hamachi is ment for dedicated servers...it is ment for you to run a server for that time being via like an actual LAN game for you and your friends...hence trying to run hlds through it seems to come out to be obsolete...

My opinion move all your mods to your location of where the game is installed and get them to work via LAN then after than run the server yourself while ingame and have them join that way...

I hate LAN, because Sven Coop Experience mod is saving the XP wrong due to STEAM_ID_LAN....
