I wanted to post this in the original one here

But it's locked.

My question is, i edited the .sma file that's inside the scripts folder to enable some more stats we didn't have before, changed the map and nothing happened, still the same as before.

Do i need to do anything else to make those new settings stick?

That plugin you linked to is included in AMXx by default, so this is the place you would post about it now.

I was wondering if you could help me out.

I'm using PsychoStats and they offer things like showing exact hit points but unfortunately my logs aren't showing any of that info.

Would StatsX be able to log that info?

No, you need to change how the HL log logs them. For that, this isn't the forum to be asking that question
