Meow Meow: / Plugin Description:
Meow. / With this plugin when players activate their nightvision goggles players on their screen will glow an orange color (configurable by cvar).

Meows: / Cvars:

tg_mode 0|1|2  // (off|one color|team colors)
tg_color "255 127 36" //RGB colors for one color or team 1 glow
tg_color2 "0 0 255" //RGB colors for team 2 glowing
tg_render 0..5 //type of render (default 0)
tg_fx 0..20 //type of render fx (default 19)
tg_amt 0..255 //amount of render (default 0)

Meow. / This should work with other NVG plugins.
