Someone knows how to change the tag of who is not connected with sxe, for any?

if your server is using sXe shouldnt by default if a user tries to connect and does not have the client side of that installed/running as well get kicked instantly with an error message saying they need it to connect to server?

the sxe is properly installed and running, what I want is to change the tag [No-sXe-I] (who is not installed with sxe), for any.
Ex.:
who is not installed with sxe add a tag before the nick as [noob], or any other
