I've set the model for the player, works, but it's too small. I tried to set scale, but no luck, any ideeas?

You can't use pev_scale on players/models, only on sprites, the only way is to remake the model with some softwares.

ESF models are small somewhy. You'll have to edit the model yourself.

Just change the model size with HLMW and then save it as it is.
Done it a lot of times when I were mapping.
