Small modification for random fx plugin. this version working correctly on our server with amxmodx 1.60

Add:

cvar FXCost (if U want /fx for free set this variable to 0) [def. 1000]

Random punishment:

10 slap with 0 HP in 10 sec
4 slap with 5 HP in 20 sec
50 HP
Glow for 20s

LOL this was one of my first plugins when AMXX just came out, don't post anything for this, I would never use it or recommend using it. It was just for a little fun. Not to mention that you are using cs_set_user_model weird. Just use cs_set_user_model(id, "terror")
