pls add a direction to the steps and it will be really fine(u walk forward and the marks are in different-one direction)

you cant fix that as far as i know...

decals are put on the brush textures, which are aligned to the brush at a specific angle and the decals fall along what that angle is...

so if the texture in the map that your standing on isnt parallel in respect your angle of movement, the decals wont look right

so mb replace it with blood stains, so u didnt see actually direction

I would love to have this plugin on my server.
Im currently running CZ and after add the plugin and activate what i get are yellow circles, or if i change to the other decals i will get the Half life logo
Its possible to make a verson compatible with CZ?

Open up the .SMA

I did it

Like originally the plugin is compiled i have yellow circles.
new decals[2] = {105,106}

If i change the decal and compile again i will have the half life logo.
new decals[2] = {107,108}

Maybe its imcompatible with ultimate gore plugin? Since it uses the effect of blood too.

Decals number are differents depending the mod.

For cs, it should be { 107, 108 }.
For cz, it should be { 120, 121 }.

I like the idea, I just feel there are too many steps left. The guy is already low on hp, it makes it too hard for him. How about something like:

Leave step with random alpha (transparency) every X step (X being a CVAR, which I think is 1 now, I would set 10)

And:
If this low-hp player stays on the same spot/within 2x2 meters for more than X time, leave a blood pool, optionally let it increase in size while he is sitting there.

This way low hp-people who just sit and hide in a corner will be easier to find.
