Remove color from chat

Description:
This simple plugin will remove bug in HL with color chat (always with say_team, say when dead / spectator), all "colorful" chars - STX, ETX, EOT, SOH will remove from message.

Tested only in Counter Strike, but should work on other mods.

Oh, if you consider this is a bug, ok ;)

Also, do you really need to check for 0x02 ? (it make colors only when this char is at the begining of the string, so before the player name, where players have no access.

Hmm, good question... But four parameter from TextMsg contain only message, so I believe this is needed =]
