[CS 1.6] Hookmod unrecognized commands

When I try to alter any of the Hookmod settings I type the command into the console of CS when I'm on my server, for example: DF_hook_usekey 1 The console says it's an unrecognized command, even though Hookmod is working fine (just with the default settings). What am I doing wrong?
