Can anyone make a plugin what is add a new ability to med's healing gun: med gun can not only heal friendly units now, but pump out energy from enemies.

Pumping-Vamping speed must be regulated by server admin.

=)

That's an awesome idea! Allow the medigun to suck away at the HP of enemies HAHA!

what would make this excessively interesting would be to give the medigun an ammo count that would only increase when stocked (as normal) or when "shooting" or "vamping" the enemy. it would then be expended for healing.

to make it viable, the mediguns attack would need to have a much longer range... is it possible to dynamically shorten that range when targetting friendly players for healing as to avoid making the medic TOO powerful

Yeah, make the medigun for it leeches HP from enemy and transfers it back to the medic. Make it for you can control how much HP/sec is leeched via CVARs.
