With this plugin on your server,you will be given a small bonus in $ when you kill with headshot , HE & Knife as killer and remove $ as victim. You can set the bonus/remove $ from a cvar !

Cvars :

General
umr_plugin 1/0 -> enabled/disabled ( default 1 )
umr_sounds 1/0 -> enable/disable sounds ( default 1 )

Hs Cvars
umr_hsreward : $ given to killer ( default 100 )
umr_hsremove : remove $ to victim ( default 100 )

Knife Cvars
umr_knreward: $ given to killer ( default 100 )
umr_knremove : remove $ to victim ( default 100 )

HE Cvars
umr_hereward: $ given to killer ( default 100 )
umr_heremove : remove $ to victim ( default 100 )
umr_suiremove : $ removed if suicide ( default 100 )

SS Cvar
umr_killer_ss : make a snapshot to killer if hitplace is head ( default 0 )

Info : At deaths events,random messages with random colors appears in HUD format !

client_death() is only forwarded with the csx module.
I don't see a way that you detected it, with only cstrike included, and it isn't registered in the plugin_init().

Probably because the csx module is already loaded by default on your server. csx is need if you want to use this forward.
So you have to include <csx>.

Please remove the snapshot, or at least put a cvar (or even a client setting, may be say /autosnap) for it.
