[TF2] Set losing team HP (more info inside)

When a team loses the round, they can't fight back against the other team... And the other team gets all-crit shots to take down the losing team easily... But it's not always that easy.

Sometimes they don't die when you shoot at them, and they run off and get away! Well, I think it would be hilarious if they only had 1hp - this would ensure a kill on them and people wouldn't be able to get away as easily.

This is just one of the random ideas I get. It's probably not necessary or even useful to most people. I just thought it would be a neat addition to TF2.

Can you do it for instead of the losing team having 1 hp, they have like 500hp? And the next game doesn't begin until all of the losing team is dead, that way the winning team has to hunt them down in kind of like a "mini game"
