I don't think it's possible to block the wait command and if you did I am pretty sure it would cause lots of server side problems even if it were possible.

I don't think you can restrict who spectates in what mode simply by trying to block it the way this plugin works--and I'm not sure which spec modes correlate to what spec commands if those are real commands. I've never heard of them before. If someone wants to do more research on it then get back to me I might add that--but I don't got time to go researching all the information I need to add it. If you want me to look into possibly adding it I need more info.
