What does it do?

This plugin enables you to use your banlist from AMXBans in SourceMod.
Please note that this only goes for the active bans, and does not allow you to add bans to AMXBans, just to get them.

When a user join your server, the server asks your AMXBans if he's banned. If that's the case, he will get banned locally for x-minuttes, and a locally kick/ban message will be used. This is to avoid the player from spamming your SQL server upon retry and reconnect. Please see ConVars for more info.



ConVars:

amxbans_enable
 Options: 1 - Enable the plugin | 0 - Disable the plugin
 Default: "1"
 Description: Enable or disable the plugin,

amxbans_localbanlength
 Default: "5"
 Description: How long do you want to ban the player locally after being kicked? If set to -1 locally bans are disabled, and the player will just be kicked.

amxbans_banmessage
 Default: "[AMXBans] You are banned from this server!"
 Description: The message that's showed to the user when kicked or banned.

amxbans_sm_version
 Description: A simple ConVar to check the current plugin version.

How to Install:

• Download the .zip file and extract it to your <moddir>/addons/sourcemod folder. If asked, choose to overwrite any file that exists.
  NB! If you don't use the default settings stated in databases.cfg, you may want to change this file manually.
• To use the plugin, change the map, restart the server, or manually load the plugin.

This is the first public release of this plugin, please give me feedback if something don't work as intended.
Please note that this plugin ain't meant as a full AMXBans system plugin, just for getting the banlist "imported" on non 1.6 servers.

I want to use this plugin, but I'm using SourceBans too currently and I can't overwrite the database.cfg.

What can I do, to verify SteamIDs with our AMXBans database, by not corrupting the SourceBans data?

I'm running SouerceBans, I want to get 1.6 players be banned at our source servers too. No possible way through this? Isn't SteamBans.com able to handle these kind of requests?

sorry, been without pc for a long time now...
do you have the possibility to edit your database.cfg file at all? if so, just paste the amxbans lines provided by this plugins database.cfg file to your own database.cfg file :p (take a backup just in case)
