Well I can't recommend anything for replacing on the actual router, but you can get firewall/router linux's boxes. IPCop or Smoothwall are two very good free ones. Basically set up a box with however many network cards you want (I'd recommend just 2 to begin with, one for RED zone and one for GREEN zone).
