The plugin was behaving a bit weird at times. Someone was joining and it was printing the player's wrong rates all over again, and in the end it kicked them. Today it happened to me too. I got kicked and then when trying to join I got the message that I'm banned from my own server (lol). I restarted the server and all was fine again.
It's a Linux HLDS running Condition Zero.
On another note, what's the point of checking "rate" and "cl_updaterate" of the client if those are enforced per "sv_minrate", "sv_maxrate", "sv_minupdaterate" and "sv_maxupdaterate" in the HLDS configuration itself? Seems a bit pointless to me. "cl_cmdrate" is the useful check. Or perhaps I'm missing something? Please explain.
