since he is playing around with gmsgFade in the code I'd say it turns a players screen euther black or white.

hey can this plugin be moddified for 1 round blinding? We would like to use it on campers, but don't want admins leaving people blind if they learn their lesson.

Most punishments allow players to still take it out on their teamamtes, since we run an FF server, we find that blind works well against targeting your own team.

I suppose some people might misread it as bind instead of blind
