where can i find an admin hero that i think is called administrator. It looks like mr.smith and shoots orange bullets. Ive been looking for it but i cant find it does anybody know where i can find it?

it was never released since it was one of the first hero's i ever made and it was made for amx mod. I don't really want to modify it for amxx and I no longer have the model for it. But I guess I can attach it anyways. And the orange tracers were another hero that's actually useless that you could probably script yourself considering it was only the tracer with a ghashero check.
