how to block a flashlight only for terrorist team? and to do this with 2 other plugins connecting with this

and this plugin what allowes to change player team without a death - then i need some script to look if someone changed team too, and block him flashlight too

and i dont know if it can be blocked if i use customflashlight (im already telling - i wont remove noone of this both plugins)
